Please observe the following procedures in case of inclement weather on a practice or game day:
- A decision regarding the cancellation of games or practices will often be made after 3:00 pm on weekdays and after 7:30 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, even if weather conditions are terrible or forecasted to become terrible.
- Players, parents, coaches, and team managers are not to call the Recreation Office regarding cancellations, regardless of your association with the Recreation Director.
- Please wait until your coach or team manager contacts you. If you do not hear from your coach or team manager, assume the games are on and report at your scheduled time.
