Silva, Brandon

 Mr. Brandon Silva, varsity soccer coach at IHA, resides in Wyckoff, NJ and played four years of collegiate soccer at Kean University. Coach Silva graduated from Kean University in 2000 with a degree in physical education and health. Shortly after college, he played on the NY/NJ Metrostars reserve team (currently NY Redbull) for two years, leaving the team after a bad knee injury. Coach Silva also has a master's degree in teaching from Fresno State University and Supervisor's Certificate from Rutgers University. 

Coach Silva holds the NSCAA Master Coach Diploma, which is currently the highest level of coaching diplomas offered for coaching education by the NSCAA. He is also the NSCAA New Jersey technical director for coaching education and a National Staff instructor for the NSCAA. He has more than 15 years of coaching experience at the youth and high school levels. Coach Silva guided Immaculate Heart Academy to a national championship in 2014, finishing as the number one team in the National Soccer Coaches Association of America’s national rankings.
